Basic troubleshooting steps

My screen is blank

- Check that the TV is switched on and all cables are plugged in

- Check the time and date settings on the screen are correct, you should check the timezone is correct if the date/time are set automatically


My screen is displaying a "No signal" message

- If you are using a device which is separate to the screen, check that the TV is on the right input (e.g. HDMI1) and all the cables are plugged in

- Switch the TV off and on to reload the screen


My screen is showing Welcome to Nod, or a custom image, with a message in the bottom left-hand corner

My content is upside down

- Check the rotation in the screen settings


My content isnt playing

- Check the orientation of the content matches the screen (e.g. portrait)

- Check the time and date settings on the screen are correct, you should check the timezone is correct if the date/time are set automatically

- Check that the playlist or schedule is assigned to the screen

- Check your content is in the correct playlist or schedule


My screen has an orange alert in Nod

- Content alerts


My screen has a red alert in Nod
