When your Web application is stuck on "Waiting for provisioning request from screen" try the following troubleshooting steps to complete the provisioning process.
1. Check the Network connection on your LG, make sure it is connected to Wifi or the Ethernet cable is plugged in and connected.
2. Make sure the code at the end of the provisioning URL is typed in correctly.
3. Make sure the time and date of your LG screen is correct. You can find the time and date settings under the "General" tab in the LG screen's settings menu.
4. Turn your screen off and on to make it attempt to connect with Nod again.
