Why can't my LG screen download the nod app?

1.Make sure your LG screen is connected to a wired or wifi network.

2. Make sure the date and time set on your LG digital signage is correct.

3. Make sure you are entering Nod details in the correct LG settings section.(EZ settings > SI Server Settings)

4. Make sure the "Fully Qualified Domain Name" is correct and matches what is shown on screen on Check that the application type checked is "ZIP" if the end if your fully qualified domain name ends with ".zip"
