1. Click on the Schedule you want to edit in the left-hand menu.

2. Click "Edit Schedule" at the top-right of the screen.

3. Set the Schedule Status as Active.


4. Set "Add New Content" as "From Gallery or Upload"

5. Choose the zones where you want this schedule to play. This schedule is called "Internal," because it is for internal staff only. So we will choose the zones "Office, and "Sales Team."


6. Choose a starting date for your schedule. You must choose a start date, but you do not have to choose a finish date.

7. Choose the days when you want the schedule to be active. In this case, we will choose work days. 


8. Type in the start and end times for your schedule for each day. 

9. Add the users that you want to be able to add content to this schedule's playlist. The schedule will only appear in the Playlists tab for users who have been added to this list. 

10. Click "Save" at the top right.


This schedule will now play content in the office, reception and sales team zones across every location. It will only play on weekdays, from 8am to 6pm. It will not play in the "street" or "reception" zones.
